The First Slap

Robin’s secret life as a Canadian pop star was out, and Marshall could barely contain his hand. With Lily gleefully acting as the slap commissioner, Barney’s face met Marshall’s hand in what can only be described as a poetic smash. Barney’s speechlessness was proof that sometimes the universe does have a sense of humour. What a dead silence, huh?

The Thanksgiving Slap

Thanksgiving usually involves turkey, awkward family conversations, and pretending that cranberry sauce is edible. For Barney, though, it was all about the fear of Marshall’s looming hand. Marshall christened it Slapsgiving, and then wham. Funny way of spending time on Thanksgiving, don't you think?
